He reached out after seeing a LinkedIn post about in-person walk-throughs as a discovery method. The engagement started with boots on the workshop floor not a questionnaire.

The work was to decompose every manual step by step, walk every workflow from the shop floor to headquarters in Norway, and map the full operation at a level of clarity it had never been seen before
