Architect Code does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their pricing, outages, limitations, security changes, licensing updates, feature changes, or service interruptions.

Clients are responsible for maintaining their own licenses, subscriptions, accounts, permissions, and platform compliance unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All original Architect Code frameworks, methods, templates, strategy materials, website copy, graphics, diagrams, processes, and branded content remain the intellectual property of Architect Code Consulting LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client-owned data, documents, business information, and internal materials remain the property of the client.

Project-specific deliverables created for the client may be used by the client according to the terms of the signed agreement.
